It has the essentials; it's acceptable.
The boss deducts employees' year-end bonuses to buy new cars.
The job duties and salary are disproportionate.
One person is worked to the point of having to operate 4 or 5 types of machines.
Things did not improve after the boss's son took over.
Every morning and afternoon at work, we are subjected to intense supervision. The boss is even more particular.
When there aren't many orders, they start laying people off; when the workload increases, they start hiring. It is also a factory with a large number of migrant workers.
The boss gives more attention to migrant workers than to Taiwanese workers.
The factory where I worked is an old one.
The new factory isn't much better either; the factory manager is notoriously difficult to deal with.
In short, the work is both annoying and demanding—one person does the work of three. Anyone considering joining should think twice.
When business is slow, people will leave.
