A traditional clothing store
The supervisor is very friendly, it is close to home, and I heard that they will move again later (but still within Xinzhuang).
The work system is loosely organized (there is no one to train you; you simply do whatever the supervisor says, and there is no standardized SOP to follow). They do not even provide basic toilet paper or stationery, so you have to bring your own.
They have moved before. At the previous building on Zhongzheng Road, there was motorcycle parking, but after moving to the new location, you have to find motorcycle parking yourself.
Employee benefits are practically nonexistent, and there are few dining options nearby, which is very inconvenient.
Employee turnover is high, and no one is willing to stay here long term, indicating that the work environment is not very good.
You have to write a work journal every day and report to the general manager and deputy general manager (they are based in mainland China for long periods, so you have to report your current progress to them remotely). Under the responsibility-based work system, the work pressure is very high.
