Pros
The chairman is very capable, single-handedly supporting the performance of the entire factory.
Cons
Layoffs, and unable to attract talent. In reality, the boss is the only person handling sales; everyone else is more like a sales assistant.
After being sanctioned last year, performance plummeted. The whole company is full of relatives and well-connected insiders. Employees used to be treasured, but now they are treated as completely disposable.
No one can succeed the chairman. The company has begun to decline.
