Convenient location, close to the MRT station. The office environment in the old commercial building is fairly comfortable.
The Siping shopping district is downstairs, making it very convenient to get meals and buy daily necessities.
The company has no organization whatsoever. Judging from the way it treats competitors and employees, you can tell that this company has no prospects.
Within less than two years, all the colleagues who joined around the same time or recently had left.... Then they recruit again.
1. Of the benefits listed on the recruitment website, only about 20% are actually provided. The company is very stingy with its employees.
2. The foreign boss is emotionally unstable. When unhappy, they will directly yell at people and slam the table, making rational communication impossible.
3. Bonuses are delayed.... Even after leaving the company, you still have to proactively follow up on them; labor insurance is underreported, with coverage limited to the minimum salary.
4. For employees they believe have no value to the company, they maliciously cut their pay to make them unable to stay and force them to resign.
