Working at this company is truly a nightmare. It can instantly boost your emotional-management skills, letting you fly into a rage in a flash and sending all three major health indicators skyrocketing.
The company’s traditional three big bosses are very good at taking the lead in causing trouble. They have driven away many capable employees, yet still want to spend the least money to hire top-tier talent? (In their dreams?) They advertise for a store manager but recruit an operations director, then pay a sales salary.
They specialize in hiring people who are unsuitable. Worried that employees might know too much, the company would rather use an inexperienced newcomer with no added value than give useful employees a raise. All they do is tell you that everyone must weather the hard times together.
Here, as long as there are sales results, poaching customers is a company tradition. There are no rules and no effort to retain talent—is a company like this supposed to have a great future? And it still wants to go public and get listed?
The three big bosses causing trouble wasn’t enough; they also brought in two helpers to make an even bigger mess. It really is the “Five Barbarians Ravaging China”! A new era has begun!
