Recently learned to use HR to manipulate reviews.
1. The secretary is often unclear about the situation. They don't take meeting minutes but frequently express their opinions; if that were useful, it would be one thing, but they also cause trouble for others. Their strength, however, is that they are very good at serving senior management, rise quickly, and are unbelievably arrogant.
2. They really like rehiring former employees. The fact that they rehire people from bad workplaces is truly horrifying when you think about it.
3. They are “always” selling grand promises; once they lure you in, it’s all kinds of exploitation.
4. There are no benefits or systems, and there are no raises unless you are especially good at making a fuss.
