The technical supervisor is easy to communicate with.

After passing the first technical interview, I proceeded to a second interview with HR. After the HR interview, I reached the salary negotiation stage. HR also asked how much my other offers paid, but I didn’t provide that information. Later, I don’t know whether we couldn’t agree on the salary or what happened, but they kept dragging things out without proactively responding. When I couldn’t stand it anymore and called to ask, they said the company was undergoing an internal reorganization and the supervisor was looking for someone again. They said they didn’t want to hold me up, so there would be no further follow-up… If you don’t want to end up upset, just let it go. Even if you do interview, remember to record the entire process with video and audio to protect yourself. HR’s attitude was very arrogant, and they also really liked playing word games with you. If you joined a company like this, you wouldn’t know how they might take advantage of you.
