2. Even if your work ability is poor, you can still come to work at the company; the company only cares about attendance
1. Terrible colleagues slack off endlessly, and the company makes other people cover for them (some have very long tenure and may work fewer than four hours a day)
2. Taking any type of leave results in a deduction of the perfect-attendance bonus
3. New service engineers are abandoned whenever they go out on assignments
4. Company managers are severely emotional and engage in emotional blackmail (they may even cry, although you would never notice during the interview that there is something seriously wrong with them)
5. There is no toilet paper, the office is dirty and messy, and employees even have to purchase many things at their own expense
6. The company does not care at all about employees' weddings, funerals, or other important personal events; it only cares whether you show up for work. Even leave taken for legitimate reasons is obstructed, and this is still the case even when requested more than a month in advance
