The three companies—實業, 興業, and 娛樂—are all run by the same group of people.
The company has no prospects and very few employees, with hardly any benefits: no holiday bonuses or gifts, no performance bonuses, and the year-end bonus is basically nonexistent. They also don’t want to spend more money to hire additional staff.
The supervisor often likes to use the general manager to pressure you, but basically it’s just him talking. He uses a lot of emotional manipulation and may even launch personal attacks.
