Pros
Five extra days of leave this year, and lunch is free.
Cons
Long-term employees earn less than new hires. New hires get NT$6,000 more, while those of us who have worked here for ten years have received no adjustments. The year-end bonus is less than one month’s salary, and the benefits are much worse than they used to be.
