1. During my time there, my manager was very willing to mentor junior colleagues and gave us a great deal of autonomy.
2. Aside from the boss, the organization was flat and information was transparent. It was enjoyable working with my colleagues.
3. The leave policy was flexible; basically, you could take time off whenever you wanted.
1. Staff turnover was frequent, and the manager who was willing to mentor others also left.
2. The company lacked technical expertise, so projects often required urgent assistance.
3. It was difficult to understand where exactly the boss wanted to lead the company. Overall, I would recommend using the opportunity to build your skills but not staying for too long.
4. I would not particularly recommend the company to newcomers with zero experience. The company did not have many resources for comprehensive training, although colleagues were always happy to help answer questions.
