The supervisor occasionally treats us to food and drinks
The technician position I applied for was supposed to be similar to an apprentice's job, but in the end I was told to do odd jobs all day.
The pressure at work is considerable, yet the pay is not any higher.
Every day, we have to fill out a form specifying what we did throughout the day.
The supervisor treats employees like his children and lectures them over the slightest trivial matter as if they had committed a heinous offense.
I was forced out before the probationary period ended, with the reason given being that I worked too slowly.
Meanwhile, the veteran workers in the electrical materials room spend all day taking out their phones and scrolling.
They take more than a dozen smoking breaks a day, and the supervisor pretends not to notice.
As a laborer, I turn off my phone as soon as I start work and do not even dare look at the time.
Whenever the supervisor sees even a little free time after the work is finished, he harshly berates people, asking whether they are slacking off.
Conclusion: The pressure is high, the pay is not particularly good, and the supervisor is unpleasant and difficult to deal with. From the day I started until the day I left, I had to clean the restroom every day. They would make up arbitrary reasons to get rid of people. Not recommended.
