桃園縣私立方曙高級商工職業學校
Pros

The students and security guards were friendly and patient.

Cons

I arranged an interview for a specific time, but when I arrived at the main entrance, the security guard told me that the person in charge was in a meeting and asked me to wait.

I thought, “It’s okay—I can wait.” It would also be a good opportunity to ease my nerves.

Before long, a woman took me to wait inside the HR office. As soon as I entered, I saw leftover food—the instant noodle trash had been thrown directly onto the small table used for interviews.

The wait for the interviewer was also not short—at least nearly half an hour.

After I had waited for about 15–20 minutes, the woman finally brought me a basic information form to fill out.

I finished it in five minutes, and the interviewer returned, but he kept coming and going. After I told him I had completed the form, he sat directly across from me, briefly introduced the duties of the position, and asked whether I was familiar with them.

After I gave a brief answer, the interviewer said, “I’ll pass your information on to the people above,” indicating that I could leave.

From the time he sat down across from me until the interview ended, it lasted no more than three minutes.

Moreover, I personally feel that whether you are an interviewer or a company, once you have arranged a time with an applicant, you should not schedule other business at that time. Even if something really does come up unexpectedly, you could send a message or make a phone call to let the applicant know.

That’s all. These are the things that made me feel disrespected, and this was also what I consider my worst interview experience.
