Pros
The people there are very nice and easy to get along with; you just need to be careful around the boss.
Cons
The boss is bad at managing his emotions and is constantly nagging. He also casually swears and yells over minor issues. You may even be asked to go to his house to mow the lawn and do things unrelated to the job.
