1. I submitted my résumé to the company through the 104 platform. A recruiter named Christine asked me to provide three time slots when I could attend an interview. After I replied with the time slots the next day, I never heard back.

2. Since only one day remained before the earliest time slot I had provided, I called to confirm whether they had received my message. The person who answered said that Christine was not working that day and asked me to contact her separately.

3. I later used 104 again to say that I had called and asked them to help confirm. I also asked them to let me know if they had already found someone. The next day, I saw on 104 that the position had been closed.

Impression: Overall, I was quite speechless and felt somewhat disrespected.
