You can work from home on Fridays, away from the toxic and depressing workplace.
The company only knows that employees still need to have their work reviewed by the planner after “more than three months,” and one-sidedly listens only to the planner’s account, without knowing that her subordinates have to wait an extremely long time for their work to be reviewed, are often inexplicably asked to revise their submissions (sometimes being told that the submission is garbage, with reasons that are highly subjective), and are sometimes told that because reviewing it so many times has wasted too much of her time, she will directly revise it for me (but I cannot tell what difference the planner’s version makes). Working here feels like constantly guessing what the planner likes and dislikes. The revisions are often just because a few words are different. I really do not know what her “standards” are. Asking her how to do things does not result in any useful suggestions; she only tells subordinates to read more articles online. Every day, the planner’s rejected submissions caused me to work excessive overtime. I often did not get home until 11 p.m. The stress became so severe that I experienced menstrual irregularities, waking up in the middle of the night, anxiety disorder, and panic attacks. In the end, I was laid off. All I can say is that I felt absolutely no sense of accomplishment here. Only after changing jobs did I learn what a company that respects people and a work environment where you can feel a sense of accomplishment are really like. Thank you to this company for the valuable life lesson!
