None at all, terrible beyond words
Cons
They maliciously frame people; even if you didn’t do it, you still have to take the blame. The benefits can be described as completely nonexistent. Even getting paid depends on the boss’s mood. The boss is also an unequivocal supporter of the Green Party; if you have even the slightest opinion that differs from the boss’s, you’re guaranteed to be chewed out until you’re sent flying 43,000 feet or higher.
