It was a long time ago, so I can only write this from memory.
The base salary was already very low when I interviewed a few years ago, around 19K.
It was mainly supplemented by bonus commissions, but the average was still under 30K for the first three months.
Low pay and lots of work, with an especially large amount of nonsense. Think carefully before joining.
To transfer inventory between store counters, you have to send an email and make a phone call, because people are not allowed to use mobile phones or the internet at the counter.
The computer can only be used for basic office tasks, and can only connect to the official website; access to the external internet is completely blocked.
