The company organizes overseas employee trips every year, but only subsidizes 15,000; the rest is self-funded. That counts as a benefit, right?
A company that likes negative management, skilled not in biotechnology but in humiliation, and fond of using all kinds of negative remarks to mock employees! All I can say is, if the people at the top are improper, those below will follow suit. Managers, in order to curry favor with their superiors, never take responsibility when something happens and will definitely shift the blame onto their subordinates!
It was said that a manager sexually harassed a young female employee, yet the company ignored it!
Everyone, please be extremely careful with this company, which is attractive on the outside but rotten within! There are countless problems inside!
