It's really awful! The system you made for us is truly terrible, with a whole bunch of problems. Your management is really inadequate, or perhaps you don't have good equipment. This year, the income tax and tax refund systems were either down, or the connection would frequently take more than four minutes, really testing the limits of one's patience.
