名藝興業有限公司
Pros

No advantages.

The boss’s son has a disability certificate. He is very cocky, engages in personal attacks, and has even challenged employees to fights.

Cons

This company is frightening and dangerous. On the day you resign, the boss’s son will verbally attack you and curse you, saying that you will not be able to find another job.

He will also rush toward you as if he is about to hit you, but his mother always holds him back. He repeatedly gestures at you, implying that you should be brave enough to punch him in the face.

Job bank recruitment advertisement:

Sales salary: NT$30,000 per month; bonuses calculated separately.

Working hours: 09:00–18:00, with a one-hour break in between.

During the actual interview, only the basic salary of NT$27,470 remained, with a NT$50 lunch allowance.

Even adding 22 days of lunch allowances to NT$27,470 does not reach NT$30,000. This already violates the Employment Service Act’s prohibition on false recruitment advertisements.

Bonuses: For NT$50,000 in sales, you will receive NT$500........

No fuel allowance.

They tell you that the main development area is only Kaohsiung.

In reality, the job covers all of Taiwan.

During the interview, they do not mention that you will have to travel throughout Taiwan, enter department stores or hypermarkets late at night for construction work, or start work two to three hours early during the day.

They lure you in first and explain the rest afterward.

The above information is only disclosed after you start working. Anyone who cannot accept or cooperate with these conditions is immediately fired.

This company sells angle-steel shelving and general-purpose product racks.

Sales job duties:

You normally have to cold-call customers, conduct on-site measurements, prepare quotations, or contact customers by phone. Occasionally, you also have to draw CAD designs yourself.

If you can drive, you are required to help drive the delivery truck. Once you deliver the goods to the customer, you are not simply allowed to leave them there.

Of course, you have to assemble them.

After the racks return from the paint shop, you must also count the quantities and check the product types yourself, effectively becoming a sales assistant.

The company has fixed arrangements with Kwang Nan Wholesale and Shin Kong Mitsukoshi counters.

Therefore, every month there are day shifts requiring you to arrive two to three hours early, as well as night shifts where you can only enter the site for construction after 10 p.m. and work until dawn.

Moreover, the company is in Kaohsiung, so having to carry out construction work in different cities and counties is completely unreasonable.

This is a traditional-industry company. The current boss and his wife took over someone else’s company.

The boss runs an engineering contractor and takes on projects from construction companies externally.

This company is run by his wife—the boss’s wife—together with their son.

The previous boss’s son still works here, along with an accountant and a graphic designer from the previous administration.

The graphic designer and accountant are both women and do not participate in construction work.

The two junior bosses and the boss’s wife run the operation.

When you come to work here, you are the lowest-ranking employee, receiving the company’s basic salary.

The average working day is 16 hours. As mentioned above, you have to work both day and night shifts.

When you work here,

you receive the basic wage but have to do the work of a salesperson, sales assistant, general laborer, mover, driver, assembler, construction worker, day-shift worker, and overnight worker.

The drivers start work early and finish early.

You, as a salesperson, are on a responsibility-based system with no overtime pay. They tell you to have a sense of responsibility,

but they do not give you any more money.

NT$50,000 in sales: NT$500 bonus.

NT$1,000,000 in sales: NT$10,000 bonus.

The sales salary is only NT$37,000 anyway—pitifully low.

But the junior boss is almost 28 years old. As a man, he does not dare drive. Even when going to factories or paint shops, or working at construction sites elsewhere, he has the driver take him while he sleeps.

Our working hours are during the day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Suddenly, they may tell you to start at 7 a.m. the next morning, meaning you have to leave home shortly after 6 a.m. to head to the company.

If you cannot accommodate this, they tell you to get lost.

Moreover, although it is a monthly salary system, they calculate your pay by the day. The boss’s wife does not pay you for Saturdays and Sundays.

She withholds two days of your wages and then tells you, “Although I suddenly asked you to leave, I’m not stingy—I’m still counting today as a full day and paying you for it.”

She has already swallowed two days of your wages, yet still makes herself sound generous. It is utterly laughable.

When you are leaving, the junior boss will come up to you and say, “Go home and get a good night’s sleep.” Ridiculous~~

At that point, you are no longer an employee of this company, so you ask the boss’s wife what her son means.

Wow, the junior boss gets angry.

He rushes up to you and says:

“Who do you think you are?”

“Let’s see what you look like.”

“Not getting up at 7 a.m.—that’s hilarious.”

“What, are you going to cry? Huh?”

“Let’s see what you can do. It doesn’t matter.”

“What can you do to me~?”

“You won’t find a job outside. No one will hire you.”

He also clenches his fist and charges toward you, repeatedly trying to hit you, until his mother forcefully holds him back. You can hear both hands pushing his body away with great force—an impact like a loud bang.

She stops him many times, yet he still wants to beat you, threatening your personal safety in the office.

The junior boss stands behind his mother and keeps provoking you, gesturing with his fist toward his own face, meaning that he is challenging you to hit him and fight him to see who wins.

It is apparently great to have a disability certificate: you can blame it on emotional or mental disorders and hit people without consequences.

Therefore, I strongly do not recommend this company.

His mother even says, “Did he say those things to you? Did he specifically name you?”

Wow, there were only the three of us at the scene. If he was not speaking to me, then who was he speaking to?

All of the above has been recorded and preserved as evidence. These are real events.
