Pros
The work is relatively free and relaxed, and taking leave is convenient.
Cons
The salary is low. The chairwoman may dump work on you at any time and then treat it as a matter of course. Your salary will not be adjusted, you know~ because you are only an employee and are not qualified to negotiate your salary with the chairwoman!
