富士達股份有限公司
Pros

The environment is clean and quiet, the air conditioning is cold, and the salary is average.

Cons

To be frank, the plant manager will jokingly say to the cleaning lady, “Are you thinking of changing jobs?” just because a garbage bag fell on the floor.

If you’re in the Design Department’s mechanical division, watch out for Deputy Team Leader Wang. Hahaha, he’s really creepy. I ran away after being there for just one week. I kind of regret wasting my time by joining. I just took a quick look at other people’s reviews, and they also said to watch out for certain people. I didn’t believe it at first. Well, my decision to resign was the right one. I hope this helps you.

As for what makes him creepy, he might tell you not to turn off your computer after work because he wants to check whether you’ve done anything other than what he told you to do. If you sit next to him, you might also catch him using Skype to mock you with other colleagues. So far, he’s the one I’ve seen causing problems. Everyone else just laughs it off, though they may know something about it too. I heard from the section manager that many people have already left. The most impressive case was someone from National Cheng Kung University’s Department of Industrial Design. That area is seriously understaffed, and the person in charge is only Deputy Team Leader Wang, hahaha. Maybe the section manager is having a major headache too. But he’s a senior university alumnus, you know—one way to your face and another behind your back. Kiss kiss.
