During the interview, they force applicants to disclose their salaries from previous jobs.
They even ask about the hourly wage from part-time jobs during university.
They go so far as to ask how much the applicant has to pay toward student loans each month.
They also question the applicant’s reason for leaving their previous job.
It’s extremely baffling.
I interviewed in Taipei.
The office is in a basement, very dim, and somewhat messy.
