The company has good benefits, including mid-year security, and occasionally provides food for employees.
The company has two buildings, and overall they are very beautiful. There are even fish in the office, which is very soothing.
I highly recommend against working as a garment-industry sales representative for a certain Asian market. The senior manager treats subordinates like dogs, ordering them around and calling them over to his desk to ask questions for no particular reason.
The manager of this team is the only one in the entire office who summons people in this way.
The manager does not know how to use the system, so he orders subordinates to do everything. When something goes wrong, he refuses to admit his own mistakes and only looks for someone to blame, then makes subordinates take the fall.
Being able to stay in this department for more than two years would already be considered quite an achievement.
The office politics are terrifying.
Other than the manager, the colleagues are all pretty nice; it's just that the work is allocated very strangely, so everyone is extremely busy.
Those looking to build their mental endurance may choose this position.
