The boss applies double standards. The supervisors are incompetent. Annual leave must be requested one month in advance, which violates the Labor Standards Act.
There is no year-end bonus. The people who stay there are all incompetent and cannot find decent jobs in society.
It is still better to leave early so as not to waste time.
