The HR person is extremely self-important and disrespectful toward the professional field. If you have plenty of time and want to experience being verbally humiliated by a smiling tiger, you can go to the interview. They say all the right things, claiming that the company is looking for talent and therefore is not in a hurry to hire, and that they will take their time finding the right candidate. In reality, they just want to use cheap interns or outsourced workers while claiming they are willing to provide training. They treat employees as disposable, constantly boast about their expertise in HR, brag about how many tools they know, belittle the ecosystems of other industries, and even lecture managers from other departments. Aren’t they just wonderful? Then why recruit at all and waste job seekers’ time?
