No advantages
What I knew before I resigned:
1. Regardless of how high the salary is, labor and health insurance are always reported at the minimum level. NT$2,300 is deducted from my salary every month for labor and health insurance.
2. No annual leave and no benefits.
3. There is no limit to overtime when things get busy. For several consecutive months, my overtime hours hovered between 80 and 120.
4. Overall, most employees are young, and the turnover rate is high. Experienced employees cannot be retained.
5. I am often dispatched to different work locations.
6. When traveling to other counties or cities for work, the travel allowance is very low.
7. After three months, new employees' monthly salaries are converted to daily wages. The daily wage is below market rates, and increases are very slow. Any higher pay comes from overtime pay.
Recently, when looking into this company, I discovered that both the company name and the owner's name had been changed.
