Because staff turnover is so high and it is difficult to find people, flexible working hours can be offered.
The industry’s development and visibility are actually quite good, and you can meet many well-known designers and learn from them.
As long as you can tolerate the boss’s personality, you can still learn quite a lot.
1. The boss has severe emotional issues. She often verbally abuses employees, even using profanity, in company or client group chats. To put it nicely, she is straightforward; as long as she is at the company, it is always noisy and chaotic.
2. Job responsibilities are disorganized and unclear, and the division of authority and responsibility is ambiguous.
In particular, once you help handle something, all the responsibility will end up falling on you.
3. There is no real lunch break, because the boss will keep calling people and sending LINE messages.
4. The secondhand smoke is severe, and there is little sense of decency or courtesy.
5. There are only four people in the back office: the boss, her younger sister, and two friends who have been friends with the boss for over ten years. Newcomers from outside almost never last even one week, and the turnover rate is extremely high. It is no small feat to stay for more than three months.
6. There is little to no training; you simply learn as you go.
