1. This is a privately owned family business. When the family members at the top disagree, it makes it very difficult for you to work because you do not know whose instructions to follow, and following any of them will cause problems.

2. There have been instances where wages and overtime pay were underpaid (paid in cash). You may then be told that even brief periods spent going to the bathroom must be deducted. Fifteen minutes is deducted every day for bathroom breaks, and this 15 minutes is not included in the meal break.

3. The working hours are long. Usually, you work 12 hours a day and have two breaks, each lasting only 45 minutes. The working hours vary by branch. There is no employee break room, so during the 45-minute meal break, you must stop eating and prioritize customers whenever one arrives. If checking out is delayed because of a customer and you do not get the female boss's signature, it will be counted as being late.

4. To take days off that fall on public holidays or holidays, you must exchange them for one of your regular days off. In other words, if you have eight days off per month and want to take one holiday off, you can only have seven days off that month; if you want to take two holidays off, you can only have six days off, and so on. Otherwise, days off on holidays are treated as personal leave, and your pay and perfect-attendance bonus will be deducted.

5. The performance bonuses are extremely unclear. The target is different every month, and you are only told that you have met the target after you reach it. You will not know in advance what the target is for the month; you can only keep working until one day you are notified that you have met it 🙃
