The HR team was very proactive and nice.
I interviewed for a sales manager position. Before the interview, I asked HR whether the role would involve visiting domestic vendors and focus mainly on domestic system integrators, because my strengths and existing clients are all overseas, dealing directly with overseas channels, and I could achieve results immediately. However, during the interview, the manager said that I would need to visit domestic system integrators. This differed significantly from what had been said at the time. Moreover, this was stated on my résumé, which indicates that neither the hiring department nor HR had actually reviewed it. I have found that many interviewers and managers do not read candidates’ résumés at all.
