Thanks to my boss’s guidance and support, I learned many work-related skills and grew a lot.
My boss’s wife’s care and concern made me feel that I was not merely an employee, but more like a member of the family.
1. The work environment could be improved.

4. The restroom is dirty and messy, and is not cleaned frequently enough.
5. Clutter is stored in the restroom, affecting its use.
6. Outdoor labeling work is required, which involves physical labor.
7. Labeling work in the external warehouse requires considerable physical effort.
8. Consider adjusting staff allocation to improve team efficiency.
9. Reevaluate the suitability of employees for their positions.
