Pros
There is relatively little office politics
The workplace location is pretty good, there is not much overtime, and the company plays light music
The scope of what you can learn on the job is broad, and the managers and owner do not impose too many restrictions
Cons
The company is not very large
The company’s products are too new, so the learning curve is relatively steep
The company does not have club activities
The company is just getting started, so there are many things to learn
