Pros

Compared with the drawbacks, you could say there are none.

Cons

This is simply a terrible company.

Let's start with the sales department.

The old employees rely on their seniority and casually curse using all kinds of foul language.

They always have someone's mother in their mouths.

New hires are required to stay at night to watch the machines and monitor production until eight, nine, or ten o'clock.

I really don't understand what benefit this is supposed to have for production.

When there are production or quality problems,

is it useful to send salespeople to take a look?

Shouldn't the production and quality supervisors on site be responsible for this?

Or should all those on-site supervisors just resign?

People aren't even allowed to return to the dormitory to sleep during lunch breaks.

On holidays, Taiwanese and mainland Chinese employees are also required to take turns watching the machines.

The idea is that they aren't working themselves hard enough and have to drag everyone else into working harder together.

The salary promised to mainland Chinese employees was reduced by about 25%, with no explanation at all.

Basically, if you can do it, do it; if you can't, leave.

The salespeople handling mold development are even more outrageous.

They alter measurement data themselves and use counterfeit-looking parts for molds.

They engage in all kinds of shady behavior.

I don't know how much they can ultimately get for themselves by saving the company money this way.

The senior salespeople perform poorly yet act extremely arrogant.

When they call, they start berating people without even asking what happened.

They use the boss's and customers' names to behave recklessly and bully others by association.

After finally hiring someone capable of getting things done,

once the promised probationary period was over, they still refused to raise the person's salary.

Their credibility is practically on the level of beasts.

The boss even tries to squeeze suppliers.

Even quotations that were agreed to and signed are still subject to haggling.

A company this poor might as well just shut down.
