1.) Engineers have unlimited responsibility: no overtime pay! You only get compensatory time off, and even that requires an approved application!!

2.) Factional struggles within the company! People smear and attack each other.

3.) Senior executives mostly make emotional remarks and lash out during meetings. It is recommended that all meetings, large or small, be audio-recorded and archived.

4.) The company currently has many labor-management disputes. The HR department is merely a group of lackeys who follow orders; without distinguishing right from wrong or conducting in-depth investigations, they handle employees according to instructions!
