Rui Feng International is just Rui Ge Industrial. If you’re reading this, run! Don’t go. The only advantage is that the company is small, with not many rules, so many things can be handled flexibly.
Don’t waste your time at this company. The boss has two or three companies. Usually, people working here apply through Rui Ge Industrial, and only find out after joining that they will actually be working at this company. The boss has a whole bunch of names and is evasive when dealing with clients—sometimes using Company A, sometimes Company B. Even the sales staff have to remain anonymous and use other pseudonyms. It’s utterly ridiculous. I advise everyone not to waste their time here; small companies have very limited resources! This company has an extremely high turnover rate among its sales staff. Basically, people leave after working for only one or two months. There is only one salesperson and one supervisor; there are no other salespeople.
