You can use your phone, and taking time off is easy.
Taichung branch:
1. The environment is dirty, there is no air conditioning, and only fans are available. You end up inhaling plenty of forklift exhaust and dust.
2. Supervisors play word games, pretend not to notice things, and are afraid of being scolded.
3. The senior employees have poor attitudes—I don't know what they are acting so arrogant about. After using the forklift to move items, they do not put them back, which affects the warehouse staff's work. Reporting it to the supervisor is useless. Their overall quality is very poor.
4. The coworkers are terrible—very lazy and passive, and they spend almost all their free time sleeping.
They pretend not to hear you, take time off frequently, and as a result, you often have to work alone.
5. The pay is average and the benefits are mediocre. You do not get a raise even if you stay for a long time—it's pointless.
6. Unless your family is wealthy or you personally do not need money and want to live this way until retirement, I do not recommend that young people take this job.
The above is my experience after working as a warehouse employee at the Taichung branch for one year.
