The interview went quite well.
As for the work, just do what you are supposed to do, since you will not have any colleagues to interact with.
Because you are the only person in the entire store/company, you will deal directly with the owner regarding anything work-related.
The owner works very quickly and really needs someone who understands her—someone who can read her mind.
They need someone who is proactive and takes initiative. If the owner asks you to do A, you have to handle everything from A to Z, and be able to immediately provide the answer she wants.
They need someone who can take care of everything from start to finish—one person who can do the work of three people. After all, the salary is supposedly NT$32,000, so they cannot have an employee sitting around with nothing to do.
However, the actual amount received was less than NT$30,000.
If you want to go, you can consider giving it a try. Perhaps if you are capable enough to win the owner over, it could work out.
