The system at this traditional-industry company is extremely outdated and difficult to use!
Every Monday meeting requires reciting the company’s values and culture, plus singing.
The store manager has poor emotional control and may suddenly lash out at and berate people at any time or place.
They are extremely rude to colleagues, yet bow and scrape to head-office personnel.
They do not think they have any problems; everything is someone else’s fault!
As long as they dislike someone, they will keep finding fault with them and turn things that are right into wrong!
They like to keep everything under their control and have the most opinions, yet complain about why they are doing everything. That is because whenever they delegate tasks and are dissatisfied with the results, they berate the person.
They say that people should ask if there is a problem, but then become impatient when someone actually asks?
They laugh off their own mistakes, but scrutinize other people’s mistakes.
A word of caution to anyone considering going to this branch: proceed carefully!
