The supervisor only makes grand promises and gives motivational speeches, with no tangible rewards whatsoever. There is no transportation allowance on typhoon days; they let you get hit by a tree and then tell you to pay attention to safety. It's unbelievably stupid.
The base salary is extremely low, and you can never actually receive the bonuses. Don't waste your time applying to this company.
The supervisor is incredibly incompetent and will even deduct your bonus because you gave out extra complimentary gifts. They seem to think I earn 80,000 or 90,000 a month, without considering that business is terrible during the off-season. Is there anything wrong with giving out extra gifts to retain customers? I can't tell whether I simply don't know how to deal with people or whether the supervisor is incompetent at dealing with people.
