Pros
When it’s quiet, it’s really quiet; when it’s busy, it’s really busy.
Catered meals are provided; bringing your own bowls and utensils is more hygienic and environmentally friendly.
Cons
They expect employees to think from the boss’s perspective, but can only afford to offer bananas.
The assistant is everyone’s assistant—poor thing.
