Heavy workload; one person is expected to do the work of several people

A single system uses more than three languages—PHP, Node.js, and Go. PHP uses an obscure framework, and the architecture inside was all written in-house. The frontend framework was also written in-house, making it very difficult to maintain.

The boss is a real pain to deal with, and the colleagues are not easy to get along with either. The atmosphere at work is gloomy and lifeless.

Low salary and difficult to get a raise. I originally intended to settle down and coast at the PChome Group, but ended up aging even more.
