Cons

Think very carefully before joining this company.

The turnover is extremely high.

Almost everyone in every position leaves before completing six months.

The owner gives authority to two supervisors to manage operations.

One of them, the graphic design supervisor, is extremely moody.

She appears pleasant on the surface, but actually dislikes you intensely.

Also, she has no management experience whatsoever.

She was simply given management responsibilities because she had been with the company longer.

It is difficult to see what her capabilities are,

yet she arrogantly sets unreasonable targets.

She treats people like dogs.

During the interview, they never mentioned that the graphic design position had targets.

I will tell everyone directly what those targets are:

You are required to complete all of the following every day: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4.

1. Retouch five product photos, with at least six color variations per garment.

The retouching requirements include:

-> The sleeves and garment lengths of every item must be aligned.

-> Every garment must have a consistent width.

-> The colors must match the actual products exactly.

-> The garments must not have any wrinkles.

One product set requires a total of nine marketplace images,

plus one individual product photo for every available color.

Therefore, you have to complete at least 75 images per day in total.

2. Edit short videos for the products in item 1: five garments, for a total of five videos.

3. Complete any revisions requested by the supervisor at the same time.

4. Occasionally, you may also be suddenly asked to create a banner, which must also be completed.

These work targets are completely absurd, yet you are expected to meet them.

The graphic design supervisor herself cannot do these things at all,

yet she expects you to complete them.

You will stare at the computer all day with absolutely no time to rest.

Even when you are exhausted, dizzy, and bleary-eyed, it is still difficult to finish everything.

In fact, it is practically impossible.

There was no practical test during the interview to assess speed or ability.

After you joined, they kept saying that you worked too slowly.

Are you not supposed to have any time to get up to speed?

If you retouch too carefully, they tell you to keep the retouching simple instead?

During the interview, they also said that video editing was not required.

After joining, you were expected to edit five videos a day?

In the end, they laid you off after three weeks,

without giving you any psychological preparation at all.

They did not give you even the slightest opportunity.

It was truly unreasonable and absurd.

Think very carefully before joining this company.
