Pros

It did not have the atmosphere and professionalism cultivated by Accomplish Education.

Cons

This company is probably a sweatshop.

First-round interview: The interview took approximately 1.5 hours. Throughout the process, they kept asking questions, and it felt somewhat as though they were trying to obtain my current company’s trade secrets and operational methods.

Second-round interview: The written test took 1.5 hours, followed by a half-hour interview with Joe and Bryan. It was a considerable time commitment.

Final notification: They said that my experience did not match the requirements of the position, so I was not hired. The process took a considerable amount of time, yet I received none of the compensation or return that should have been expected. It also felt somewhat as though they were taking advantage of candidates. Why do I say this? Because the interview questions were exactly the difficult problems they are currently facing. They handed the problems to the candidate and asked the candidate to come up with solutions. After I solved all three questions, they still did not hire me for reasons unknown. They may have thought the salary I requested was too high, but in reality, the salary they offered was only at the 40th percentile of the industry.

All I can say is that Accomplish Education’s marketing is very good,

but the company itself is not.

If you are genuinely interested in interviewing there, then proceed at your own discretion.

I personally work at a foreign consulting firm and was planning to take a pay cut to join them wholeheartedly.

My monthly salary should have been approximately twice what they offered,

but I still received this result.

Therefore, I believe that this company is essentially a sweatshop,

because the candidate receives no benefit at all yet wastes four hours on the interview,

only to receive an extremely perfunctory response saying that they were not selected. I really do not recommend wasting your time applying there.
