If the department is right, you can transcend life and death.
If the department is wrong, you will never be reborn.
After the head of Department C was replaced by a Taiwanese person, the whole thing became a tragedy.
They don't dare make any decisions and will even undermine their former supporters.
They hold a bunch of ineffective meetings all day without solving any problems.
People who know Japanese basically can't get promoted; they do a section manager's work while receiving an employee's salary.
The section managers are all from the English-speaking system, and they perform terribly in terms of business value.
They will even change their own reports to put your name on them.
They say you have a lot of business performance that you aren't pursuing, and then claim there are problems with the reports.
The stupidest thing is that they offend engineers but don't dare deal with them.
A textbook case of disrespecting everyone.
As for Departments A and B, all I can say is: burn incense and pray for protection.
