First, an internal employee briefly explained the company’s salary and benefits.

After that, the owner and the construction site supervisor conducted the interview together.

It was actually just a simple explanation of the company’s policies.

Those without experience or with insufficient experience receive the minimum salary; holders of relevant licenses receive a small additional allowance as a license-holding fee.

There are six days off per month. Overtime may be required during concrete pouring, and there are occasional irregular bonuses from selling surplus excavated soil.

Future salary adjustments will be based on the level of contribution.

However, they did not explain how contribution would be evaluated.

Although everyone, from the construction site supervisor down to the employees, says that the owner is generous with compensation,

and almost all employees there start at the base salary,

when you think about the construction industry environment, and then consider your starting salary and days off, it’s XD.

If you have no experience but can accept what was mentioned above, go ahead and submit your résumé; it will save you from wasting time.

If you have experience but your work does not meet the company’s standards, there will also be a salary adjustment, so use your own judgment.
