A place to hone basic skills. There is a lot of work, and one person is expected to do the work of three. When you move to another company, your technical skills will be stronger than those of people your age.
1. Capable employees are suppressed by incompetent managers and cannot get promoted.
2. To learn more advanced skills, you need to take them home and study in your own time.
3. If you have no value to the company but earn a high salary, they will force you out using excuses.
4. You have to be a bootlicker to survive there.
5. The people in charge often change cars, while workers cannot even afford to change cars after ten years.
6. It is a good place to hone your mental fortitude through infighting among employees and managers. A unit of just over 30 people can be divided into nearly 30 factions; workers should unite.
