The boss treats subordinates based on personal preferences. For employees they dislike, they fabricate lies to smear them. The benefits look good on paper, but participating in company trips will even result in a deduction from the perfect-attendance bonus. The pay is very poor, and the company cannot retain employees. This is the worst company I have encountered so far.
