【Hukou Guangfu North Plant】
1. Year-end bonus guaranteed at 14 months’ salary.
2. Performance bonus: 0–3 months’ salary.
3. Overtime can be exchanged for “overtime pay” or “compensatory leave.”
4. Lunch includes rice and noodle dishes. (No additional charge.)
Alternatively, you can get food at the convenience store inside the plant (discounts are available).
5. If overtime extends past 7 p.m., a NT$90 meal allowance is provided.
1. The female guard at the main entrance has an extremely poor attitude and is arbitrarily rude to people.
2. No one (employees or visitors) is allowed to enter or leave through the main entrance; everyone must use the side entrance.
3. Not suitable for fresh graduates; the company expects employees to be productive immediately.
