The year-end bonus is less than one month’s salary; you should be grateful if you get around 0.6–0.8 months.

Overtime is routine. There is a two-hour break in the middle, followed by another one to two hours of overtime, so you are essentially working at the company all day, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The employee lounge is extremely small. If you happen to take a break during a mealtime, there is practically nowhere for you to eat. During non-mealtimes, employees are not even allowed to take a short nap at the dining tables outside.
The short female assistant manager throws things around when she loses her temper.

Because I happened to be leaving, I was given only 0.1 month’s salary as a year-end bonus. The store manager even pretended not to know and lied that they were not the one who conducted the performance evaluation :)
The store manager constantly asks female part-timers whether they have boyfriends and keeps saying that they want to get a girlfriend.
